    Description: A premium, year-long sponsorship providing maximum exposure across all association activities. 

    Inclusions:

    o   Exclusive branding as a Gold Sponsor on the association’s website, emails, and newsletters

    o   Priority placement of logo at all association events.

    o   Two free exhibitor booths annually.

    o   Access to exclusive networking sessions all over Cyprus.

    o   15 complimentary tickets for an official event (gala dinner, grand events)

    o   Two full-page ads in the association’s publications. (if any)

Partnership requests are welcomed, especially if our involvement adds significant value to the event. 

For this a partnership fee applies. Here's how you can structure this:

 A. Why a Fee is Justified:

1.        Brand Value: Associating your organization's name, reputation, or logo with the event can provide credibility and prestige, which justifies compensation.

2.        Resource Allocation: Your organization may need to dedicate staff time, resources, or facilities to support the event.

3.        Operational Costs: If the partnership requires you to provide guidance, oversight, or promotional efforts, you can charge a fee to cover those costs.

4.        Exclusive Rights: If the partnership restricts your organization from associating with similar events, a fee compensates for this exclusivity.

 

B. How a fee can be proposed:

1.        Partnership Agreement: Include a clause specifying the fee and its purpose in the formal agreement.

2.        Value Breakdown: Clearly outline what your organization is providing in terms of branding, resources, or support, and tie the fee to those deliverables.

3.        Tiered Options: Offer multiple partnership levels, where higher levels involve a fee in exchange for more benefits (e.g., logo placement, speaking opportunities, or exclusive branding).

 

C. Examples of Fees:

  • Flat Fee: A one-time charge for endorsing and supporting the event.
  • Revenue Share: A percentage of the event's revenue in exchange for your involvement.
  • Resource Cost: Compensation for staff time, facilities, or materials.

 Being transparent about why you're asking for a fee and what value you provide in return will help establish a mutually beneficial partnership.
