MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

The Cyprus Hotel Managers Association (PA.SY.DI.XE.) was founded to generate innovative ideas in the fields of tourism and hotel management. It was established to intervene in current affairs with sharp insight and constructive criticism. PA.SY.DI.XE. exists to contribute to the tourism industry and its professionals.

We become members to offer our support to the tourism sector, embracing it as part of our corporate social responsibility.

Paraphrasing John F. Kennedy: “Ask not what the Association can do for you, but what you can do for the Association. ”Our aim is to create and represent a group of professionals who believe in giving back to the industry more than they receive.

OBJECTIVES & PURPOSE

The Association was founded in 1983 with the primary goal of establishing a well-organized body that upholds the professionalism of its members and ensures the structured protection of the legitimate interests and aspirations of Hotel Managers and senior executives in the hospitality industry.

The Association's objectives include:

The development of a commonly accepted approach to emerging industry issues and the proposal of solutions to controversial situations.
The continuous promotion of professionalism among its members, guided by the application of a Professional Code of Ethics, ensuring ongoing quality improvement in the services provided.
The fostering of collegiality, cooperation, and stronger relationships among members.
